Limited Warranty
b’cause products are designed to be used, carried, and enjoyed for years.
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of delivery.
If a product covered by this warranty develops a manufacturing defect during that period, b’cause may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the intended function or construction of the product, including defects in components, assembly, or workmanship.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, or changes to the surface finish from everyday use
- Damage caused by drops, impact, crushing, misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Damage resulting from modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repair
- Loss or theft
- Damage to cards, cash, electronic devices, or other items used with the product
- Cosmetic variations that occur naturally through manufacturing or use
For metal products, small scratches, marks, and changes in appearance are expected over time and are considered part of normal wear rather than manufacturing defects.
Making a warranty claim
To request warranty service, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem. We may request additional information to determine whether the product qualifies for warranty service.
Proof of purchase from b’cause or an authorized seller may be required.
The approach
Products are designed with attention to reason, function, and detail. If something does not perform as intended, it should be addressed.
