Orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Michigan, USA.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Preorder or made-to-order items may have different timelines, which will be stated on the product page.
Shipping destinations, rates, and delivery estimates
We ship worldwide. Available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch depend on the shipping method selected. Free shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–4 business days, but may take up to 10 business days. Delivery times for other destinations vary by shipping method and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
International orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees under the destination country's rules. Customers are responsible for all import duties. b'cause does not collect import duties at checkout; these must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs authority when requested. Please contact your local customs office for information about potential charges. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to request a correction, contact support@bcause.design as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.
If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact support@bcause.design with your order number and details so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
